Predator, Halloween, and Moore/Weinstein Documentary Fahrenheit 11/9 to Premiere at Toronto Film Festival
Toronto International Film Festival is packed this year, with The Predator, Blumhouse's Halloween, and Michael Moore's Trump documentary Fahrenheit 11/9 all having their world premieres.
Shane Black's upcoming horror-action reboot/sequel The Predator and David Gordon Green's Halloween are both premiering at Midnight Madness at TIFF.
The genre-focused Midnight Madness is set to open with The Predator, meaning attendees will only be seeing it a few days before its actual release. Halloween, on the other hand, is showing almost a whole month before its international release in October. Midnight Madness will close with Diamantino.
The Michael Moore/Harvey Weinstein Donald Trump-focused documentary Fahrenheit 11/9, both a play on the title of Moore's 2004 Bush-doc Fahrenheit 9/11 and referring to November 9th, the day Trump was elected, is set to show during the TIFF Docs section.
Toronto Film Festival lasts from September 6th to September 16th this year.
